As a way to promote the beauty of our historic neighborhoods of Bellevue; fellow Friends and community ambassadors, Diane Witte and Tom Wiethorn put together another one of their interesting impromptu tours. On the evening of December 18th, participants of this "Impromptu Caroling & House Tour" visited six distinct historic homes uniquely decorated for the holiday season. Each homeowner shared an interesting fact about their residence that was not already generally known. Guess which house was constructed for the mistress of a well known Cincinnati businessman; which home held the visitation for the owner's deceased wife; which residence grew from a modest home to a compound; which was enlarged by five feet to have the largest dinning room in town; which has a bomb shelter in the backyard; and which one was built for only $2200.00.
