9/9/2009 FOB Wine Tasting Fundraiser

On Wednesday evening, September 9, 2009, The Friends of Bellevue in conjunction with The Party Source kicked off our first fundraiser of the new membership year. A sellout crowd of fellow Friends gathered to sample a selection of delicious wines and food pairings chosen for the evening.

This year's theme of "Sip it Forward" chose wines that would donate a portion of their purchase price to local charities or causes. The seven selected wines were each paired with a delicious appetizer made specially for the event by the chefs of The Party Source.

A big and "Friendly" thank you goes out to the committee that planned this event, our Friends at The Party Source, this year's wine sponsors and to all the Friends who attended or made a donation to insure the success of the evening.
